Terms of Service

By accessing the service or continuing with account registration or sign-in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. Where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain that permission before using the service.

If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. These Terms do not remove any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Do not sell, transfer, or share an account to bypass access or usage limits.

Email sign-in and any available third-party sign-in option are handled through our authentication service. A third-party account remains subject to that provider’s own terms. Signing in does not create a paid subscription or purchase credits.

A verified new account receives 10 welcome Credits once. Email registration requires clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address. Google sign-in verifies your identity through Google and does not require a separate email-confirmation link. Repeated sign-ins or confirmation attempts do not add another welcome balance.

Use the tools and controls made available in the workspace. A result labeled as a sample or preview is illustrative and is not a custom image generated from your input. Prompt templates help organize creative instructions; they do not guarantee a particular result from an AI model.

Feature availability, supported formats, processing limits, and any model options may differ between tools. Review the instructions and labels for the feature you choose. Keep your own copies of content and downloaded results; a browser workspace is not a guaranteed backup or permanent archive.

You retain the rights you hold in your prompts, uploaded images, and other submitted content. You give us only the permission needed to provide the feature you request, including processing content through a disclosed service provider when that feature requires it. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use your content, including permission to use a person’s likeness, a product image, a trademark, or confidential information where required. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not permitted to disclose.

Review prompts and image results before publishing, selling, or relying on them. AI-assisted and automated processing can produce inaccurate details, artifacts, biased material, or results similar to other content. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular commercial use.

Your ability to use a result depends on your input rights, any applicable model or asset license, and applicable law. A subscription or download does not grant rights to third-party logos, likenesses, copyrighted works, or external paid tools. Check the relevant permissions before commercial use.

Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not use the service to:

• Create or distribute illegal content, sexual exploitation material, sexually explicit imagery, or non-consensual intimate images.
• Promote violence, harassment, hate, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Bypass moderation, access controls, rate limits, payment requirements, or account restrictions.
• Probe security without authorization, introduce malware, or automate activity that disrupts the service or unfairly consumes its resources.

We may block requests, restrict results, or suspend access where content or activity violates these Terms. Where automated moderation is used, it can make mistakes; a moderation decision is not a guarantee that content is lawful or safe to publish.

The pricing page lists Starter at US$9.90 per month with 1,000 Credits per period and Pro at US$39.90 per month with 5,000 Credits per period. Both plans offer the same image features. Viewing a price or creating an account is not a purchase.

For any paid service, the checkout and order confirmation must identify the final payable amount, billing interval, included usage, and renewal terms before you authorize payment. You are not enrolled in recurring billing merely by using a free tool or signing in. Promotional or demonstration credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

The current Waffo checkout runs in sandbox mode. Test-card payments do not charge real money. The listed monthly prices and Credits are the published product plan, while real merchant checkout is not yet enabled. Test subscription Credits are added only after a successful sandbox payment is independently verified; a failed payment adds no Credits. Unused monthly subscription Credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over.

Sandbox subscriptions recur monthly. You can cancel renewal from your account. An active subscription then remains available until the current paid period ends; unused monthly Credits expire when that period ends. We retain transaction records needed to explain charges and Credit movements.

Cancellation and refund conditions for a paid purchase are described at checkout or in the applicable order terms. Recurring billing requires your agreement to the renewal terms before payment. Your mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law continue to apply.

For a billing question, contact us with the account email and relevant order information. Do not send your password, full payment-card number, or authentication codes.

Our Privacy Policy explains account processing, session cookies, browser storage, and how image tools handle your files. Read it before submitting personal or confidential information.

If you choose to use an external AI tool with a copied prompt, your interaction with that tool is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control external websites or grant access to their paid services.

The service interface, software, templates, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may use them as provided through the service, subject to these Terms and any separate license. Do not redistribute, resell, or misrepresent service materials as your own unless the applicable license permits it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free processing, or a particular creative or business outcome. Maintenance, technical issues, and provider availability may affect access. We may change or discontinue features, subject to any obligations attached to an accepted paid order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or a material security risk. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly. Any valid paid-order obligations and rights that must survive termination remain in effect.

Signing out or clearing browser data does not delete an account held by the authentication service. Account requests should be sent through our support contact, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date on this page identifies the latest version. Where applicable law or an accepted order requires notice or renewed agreement for a material change, we will follow that requirement. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the service, subject to any rights associated with an existing order.
